Sale of Public Lands in Coachella Valley
AS OF APRIL 2, 2008, BLM IS NO LONGER ACCEPTING BIDS FOR UNSOLD PARCELS. BLM IS CONSIDERING COMPLETING A NEW APPRAISAL WHICH MAY RESULT IN AN ADJUSTMENT OF THE MINIMUM BID SHOWN IN THE FINAL PARCEL LIST.
Results of previous sale. On June 19, 2007, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) opened written bids submitted between May 28 and June 18, 2007. BLM received 2 bids for parcel 51. The high bid for parcel 51 was $120,010 and was submitted by CPV Sentinel, LLC. BLM did not receive bids on other parcels in the land sale.
WHERE: Bids must be submitted to the BLM's California Desert District Office in Moreno Valley, California. See Bid Instructions below.
MINIMUM BID: The minimum bid for each parcel is the fair market value as determined by an approved appraisal. Minimum bids are shown in the Final Parcel List. Please refer to the Fair Market Value/Minimum Bid column for each parcel.
