Work on three miles of popular hiking and mountain biking trail along a shaded streamside at the base of steep canyon walls, with spectacular views of the Owens Valley. You'll cut back brush, clear tread, maintain wooden bridges, and pick up trash along the stream.

Meet at 8:30 am at the lower parking area (former Paradise Lodge) for free coffee and bagels before heading out on the trail from 9:00 am to about 1:00 pm. For safety wear hiking shoes or boots, long pants and long sleeve shirts. Water and snacks provided; bring a refillable water bottle if you have one. Carpool if possible (parking is limited).

Project partners:  BLM Bishop Field Office, Friends of the Inyo, International Mountain Bike Association, Fat Bike Mammoth.
