2012 Fee Expenditures

What is it?

The Dumont Dunes Sugroup opeartes under the authority of the California Desert District Desert Advisory Council (DAC). The Dumont Dunes subgroup provides input to the Bureau of Land Management regarding issues pertinent to the Dumont Dunes Recreation Area. 

Who is it?

Members of the Subgroup applied to the Barstow Field Office Manager for consideration, who then made selections and submitted them to the DAC for review and approval.  Those selected must provide expertise in:

• California OHV interests 
• OHV organizations
• San Bernardino County
• Local Community

The group will consist of 7-9 members, with at least one member from the DAC.

When is it?

The Dumont Dunes Subgroup will meet at various dates and times throughout the calendar year at the Barstow Field Office.

The public is encouraged to attend and meet the representatives on the Subgroup. For any special needs or accomodations please contact the Barstow Field Office at (760) 252-6000.
