Description: Perennial, slender, grayish-green herb, with a woody base. Leaves in whorls of 4, each 2 - 4 inches (5-10mm) long. Inflorescence have few flowers. Corollas are generally pink, and hairy on the outside. The fruit is a nutlet.
Distribution: Onyx Peak area.
Habitat: Granite outcrops. Open oak/pine woodland. Elevation 2752 - 7360 feet.
Flowering Period: Blooms April - July.
