Description: Plant clumped, leafy and canescent (white hairs); stem plus or minus erect, hollow.  Flowers many, overlapping, reflexed.   Petals greenish white or cream colored.

Distribution: North and Central coast of California.  Fewer than 10 occurrences known. 

Habitat: coastal dunes, coastal salt marshes,seeps

Flowering Period: perennial herb, blooms April - October
