Members of the Northeast California Resource Advisory Council convened in the field Saturday, Sept. 27 to help build a hiking trail at the north shore of Eagle Lake, north of Susanville. It was the second year that the RAC has worked on the trail that serves local residents and visitors. On Saturday, the group built a trail segment that will eventually link with the trail the group started two years ago.
