Betty Lamirault is an administrative officer responsible for budget, personnel and operations of the Needles Field Office. Betty came to BLM in July 2006. 

Prior to joining BLM, Betty worked eleven years for the Navy in the program management office for the strategic systems program in Anaheim, California.  She started at the Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach as a GS-2 office automation clerk, eventually working her way to administrative officer.  She has worked, full-time for the government for over 21 years while raising two sons and obtaining an associates degree in human services. 

Betty likes to live life to the fullest and treasures time with family and friends.  She loves to read, go to movies and theater, and dancing.  She lived in Bellflower, California for over 20 years, but now calls Mohave Valley, Arizona home.
