The San Joaquin College of Law is located at 901 5th Street in Clovis.  The meeting will be in room 210 beginning at 8 a.m. both days.

Members of the council include Fresno State University Associate Professor Susana Mata, Sanger City Planner Jim Bearden, Tulare County Supervisor Bill Maze and Mary Gorden of Lemon Cove.  Others are Dwight McNaughton, Michael Sansing and Bill Vanherweg of Bakersfield, Carl Twisselman of McKittrick,  Kerri Timmer of Grass Valley,  Sally Miller of Lee Vining, Walt Pachucki of Bishop,  and Mono County Supervisor Byng Hunt.
