The Forest Service has developed a Red Rock Pass proposal that considers all input received during the public involvement effort that occurred during the spring and summer of 2011. The proposal is the result of a national effort to better align areas to the Recreation Enhancement Act, and to be responsive to public feedback and current court cases.
