Wednesday June 6	Summary:  Operations were successful, with a total of 62 burros gathered into temporary corrals by 1010 hrs.   Animals received:   62  Animal deaths at facility:  0    Cause:  none
Thursday June 7	Summary:  Twelve burros were gathered and placed in tempoarary corrals.  Fifty-nine burros, 16 jacks and 43 jennies,  were transported to Ridgecrest, California.  Animals received:   12  Animal deaths at facility:  0    Cause:  none
Friday June 8	Summary:  Thirty-six burros were gathered and placed in temporary corrals.  Animals received:   36  Animal deaths at facility:  0    Cause:  none
Saturday June 9	Summary:  Thirty burros were gathered and placed in temporary corrals.  Fifty-one burros, 19 jacks and 32 jennies and foals, were shipped to Ridgecrest, California.  One foal was orphaned and is being fosted in Yuma. Animals received:   30  Animal deaths at facility:  0    Cause:  none
Sunday June 10	Summary:  Thirty burros were gathered and placed in temporary corrals.  No animals were shipped today. Animals received:   30  Animal deaths at facility:  0    Cause:  none
Monday June 11	Summary:  Twenty-six burros were gathered and placed in temporary corrals.  Fifty-nine burros, 17 jacks and 42 jennies and foals, were shipped to Ridgecrest, California. Animals received:   26  Animal deaths at facility:  0    Cause:  none
Tuesday June 12	Summary:  Fourty-four burros were gathered and placed in temporary corrals.  No burros were shipped today. Animals received:   44  Animal deaths at facility:  0    Cause:  none
Wednesday June 13	There were no operations today in order to move to the north end of the Herd Management Area.  All 70 burros, 58 jacks and 12 jennies and foals, that were in the temporary holding corral were shipped today to the Ridgecrest holding facility.
Thursday June 14	Summary:  Gather operations concluded today at 8:30 a.m. and 87 degrees with 113 burros safely trapped.  The reason for the large gather numbers today was because burros in the area have been feeding on Cibola National Wildlife Refuge alfalfa fields, and they are concentrated in large numbers in this area.  The fields are planted to attract migratory waterfowl in the winter.  BLM will ship the burros in two shipments to Ridgecrest Friday June 15 and Saturday June16. Animals received:   113  Animal deaths at facility:  0    Cause:  none
Friday June 15	Summary:  Sixty-four jennies and foals were shipped to Ridgecrest today.
Saturday June 16	Summary:  The final shipment of 45 burros, 41 jacks and 5 jennies and foals, were shipped to Ridgecrest.
