Former Empire Landing Campground
Location & Access
The campground is situated on the California-side of the Colorado River along the Parker Dam Road Back Country Byway, approximately 7 miles south of the Parker Dam.

Permits, Fees, Limitations
The fees to camp at Sundance RV Resorts include: $15 per night for RV dry camping; $30 per night for RV site with water/electric hookups. Beach-front site available (inquire at Registration Office). Dump Station is available to non-registered guests for a $10 fee. The showers are coin operated. The America the Beautiful, Senior and Access Passes (formerly Golden Age/Access) are accepted at this site.
The campground has three accessible restroom facilities with flushing toilets, sinks, and hot showers.

Food and supplies are available in Parker.
There are no medical facilities on site. Dial 911 (will get San Bernardino Sheriff’s Office) for emergencies. The nearest medical facilities are in Parker, Arizona.
The facility was constructed in the 1970s, and has been upgraded with improvements using over $3 million in federal grants since 2002. Ongoing landscaping, tent site improvement and sidewalk trails will complete the project.
