Meeting Information

The historic Fairbank Schoolhouse now serves as a museum, visitor contact station, and gift shopThe Bureau of Land Management's (BLM) Tucson Field Office held a series of public scoping meetings to gather information for the preparation of a Resource Management Plan/Environmental Impact Statement for the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area, and other public lands managed by the Tucson Field Office. The office's management guidelines are currently drawn from the Phoenix Resource Management Plan of 1988 and the Safford District Resource Management Plan of 1991. Resource Management Plans must be periodically updated to reflect current laws, policies, and social changes.
