The Proposed Resource Management Plan and Final Environmental Impact Statement (PRMP/FEIS) for the Ironwood Forest National Monument north of Tucson has been issued for a 30-day protest period ending October 24, 2011.

The BLM Tucson Field Office released the Draft Resource Management Plan and Environmental Impact Statement (DRMP) for the Ironwood Forest National Monument on March 2, 2007. The 90-day public review and comment period on the DRMP closed on May 30, 2007.
