Ironwood Forest National Monument
Camping

There are no developed campsites with facilities within the national monument.  Visitors can pick their own campsite, but please camp at least 200 feet from water sources and use biodegradable soap.

In addition, be cognizant of State Law regarding camping near water sources.  This is from Arizona Revised Statutes 17-308:

17-308. Unlawful camping
It is unlawful for a person to camp within one-fourth mile of a natural water hole containing water or a man-made watering facility containing water in such a place that wildlife or domestic stock will be denied access to the only reasonably available water.

Camping is permitted for up to 14 days.  See the map linked to the right for monument boundaries.
