The BLM Campbell Creek Science Center is an outdoor science education center for people of all ages that encourages interest and participation in the balanced management of natural resources.
The BLM Campbell Creek Science Center provides educational opportunities for adults, children, and families as well as meeting space for various groups. The Center offers students of all ages the chance to learn in the outdoor classroom. Visitors have access to creeks, forests, meadows, and a rich abundance of plants and wildlife. Our programs promote awareness, understanding, stewardship, and an appreciation for the natural environment.
The Campbell Creek Science Center is located in the heart of Anchorage on the BLM Campbell Tract. We have something for everyone. So plan a visit and discover the wonder in your own backyard!

Don Meares of the Public Lands Foundation presents Joette Storm, president of the Friends of the Campbell Creek Science Center, with the Landscape Stewardship Certificate of Appreciation. The Friends group helps the Science Center with program ideas, scholarships for Title 1 students, partnerships, volunteer recruitment, and financial sustainability. The group raised a record $77,258 in 2010 and a total of $236,572 since 2005 when the group began.
