Introduction

Welcome to the Bureau of Land Management's Recordable Disclaimer of Interest Website. This site is intended to provide general information on recordable disclaimers of interest (RDI) as applied to navigable waterbodies and the current status of activities in Alaska. BLM Alaska is the only bureau office currently applying the RDI process on a systematic basis to navigable waterbodies within a state and issued its first RDI document on October 24, 2003.

Updated River Status

The State of Alaska has requested the BLM to suspend further processing
of the following RDI applications: Nabesna River, Chisana River,
Klehini River and Chilkat Lake.
