The Bureau of Land Management and four cooperating agencies—the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Coast Guard, and the State of Alaska—prepared an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for oil and gas development in the eastern portion of the National Petroleum Reserve-Alaska and the Colville River Delta. The EIS evaluates proposed development by ConocoPhillips Alaska, Inc.
