Flight Requests & Project Planning

Planning to use an aircraft for your project? You will need:

  1. An Aircraft 
  2. For cooperator flights please complete this form and turn into the UAM
  3. A qualified Aircraft Manager
  4. A completed and signed Project Aviation Safety Plan (PASP) that includes a Risk Management Analysis for Special Use Flights. Learn more about special use flights>
    For Point to Point Flights completing both sides of a 9400-1a Flight Request form is sufficient.
  5. PPE: Go to ALSE to see what Personal Protective Equipment is required for your project.
