Planning to use an aircraft for your project? You will need:
- An Aircraft
- For cooperator flights please complete this form and turn into the UAM
- A qualified Aircraft Manager
- A completed and signed Project Aviation Safety Plan (PASP) that includes a Risk Management Analysis for Special Use Flights. Learn more about special use flights>
For Point to Point Flights completing both sides of a 9400-1a Flight Request form is sufficient.
