  • Tok Cutoff MP 0 -  MP 80
  • Residents of Healy Lake 
  • Residents of Chickaloon
  • Residents of Dot Lake
  • Parks Highway MP 216  to MP 239  
  • Residents of Unit 20D, except those who live on-base at Fort Greely

  

Eligible for Caribou ONLY:

  • McCarthy Road
